HOW DOES THE TRAINING EXCELLENCE SYSTEMTM WORK?
The System is a hub of interlocking Dimensions that represent Training Excellence. Move your mouse over the Dimensions of the diagram to see what is contained in each. The System works in 3 stages:
Stage One: Proficiency Diagnostic
Trainers are assessed using the Training Excellence Diagnostic, which measures proficiency in each of the six dimensions. A certified Trainer from the Training Excellence Team will either attend a session the trainer delivers, or watch a recording of a training session, to run the Diagnostic.
Stage Two: Proficiency Profile
An Individual Proficiency Profile and Development Plan is produced based on the analysis of the Diagnostic results. The Profile highlights the trainer’s areas of competency and development. To see a sample of a Proficiency Profile, click here.
Stage Three: Program Design and Implementation
Common Dimensions needing development amongst the team are identified. The Team Program is then designed offering workshops, webinars and other learning interventions to address these development areas. Individual development areas are also addressed through individual and small group coaching, webinars and access to public workshops as needed.
